WHO WE SERVE
The Head Cornerstone Foundation serves underserved individuals, families, and communities facing barriers to stable housing, recovery, health, and self-sufficiency.
Our work may include support for individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability, families and children facing housing insecurity, youth and young adults transitioning to independence, individuals in recovery or seeking recovery support, people returning to their communities after incarceration or other systems involvement, and individuals facing barriers to employment, education, economic stability, behavioral health, or other supportive services.
